President Lungu has warned that teachers practising partisan politics will be dismissed from the teaching service.
The President said he would not allow teachers especially in Chingola to organize meetings for the opposition using government facilities.
He said this yesterday on arrival at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport in Ndola.
President Lungu also warned that he would not allow the labour movement to masquerade as political parties.
He challenged the union leaders wishing to join the politics to freely join so that they could treated as political opponents.
Meanwhile, President Lungu said there need for dialogue on challenges facing the mining sector and hoped that his visit to the Copperbelt would help solve the matter.
He was speaking shortly before departure for the Copperbelt where he would spend five days.
President Lungu said he would summon various ministers to help solve the various problems on the Copperbelt.
And Special Assistant to the President for Press and Public Relations Amos Chanda announced that President Lungu will extend his working visits to all the provinces in the country.
