Mulongoti should know
better
Editor,
It is illogical for reputable people like Mike Mulongoti to throw out their moral conscience and take sides with the Post. Shame to Mulongoti that you have sunk so low and desperately seeking Post coverage by making unsubstantiated statements. Where were you when ZRA stormed Football House? Article 113 makes it mandatory for citizens to pay tax and revenue collection is imposed by law. Mulongoti as a former minister was supposed to help the public on this one.

UPND can lose again
Editor,
Mr Kakoma could be right that UPND can win 2016 general elections; that is if other provinces do not follow the voting pattern of 20/01/15 elections shown by Southern Province. Otherwise you will lose again.

Masialeti Simvula, Lusaka Editor,
Fred and the Post should stop blaming State House. Just pay ZRA. They are only doing their job; keep it up ZRA. You must get this money on behalf of the Zambian people. This money can help our people who are suffering.

One President at a
time
I was an ardent reader of the Post in the past. Now I am no longer. I find it difficult to read a newspaper that finds no single positive thing about Government. In my language we say “Munthu woipa sadziwa cabwino”. We must always remember that the measure we use against others shall be used against us. Those that live by the sword shall perish by it. There shall always be one President.

God chooses leaders
Editor,
Leaders are chosen by God, not man. We have not been given the authority to choose who to lead us. If it were like that we were all going to choose leaders according to what they have or how they are in our eyes. But authority of choosing comes from above. Leadership has nothing to do with riches or wealth but according to the plan of God. Hence riches cannot rule. Mr Lungu will rule us beyond 2016.

Why Kwacha is falling
Editor,
If our Kwacha is going to improve we need to start exporting goods and services to other countries. The problem is that we are an importing country. Almost everything we have in the shops are imported – including vegetables. This is what is causing our Kwacha to lose value because we are buying everything from outside.

We need unity
Editor,
The current challenges we are facing today as a country can only be solved if we unite. Finger- pointing and fault-finding will not help in any way. We need to get together and support President Lungu to move this country forward.

Some media houses up to no good
Editor,
It is a fact that some media bosses and some opposition leaders are sadists and economic saboteurs. The earlier our Government realizes the better for Zambia. These people cannot hold us hostage in our own country as if we don’t think to allow them to continue on the path of destroying our country with impunity in the name of freedom of speech.
