PF candidate optimistic about Chisamba

The people of Mupapamo area of Chisamba Constituency will vote for the Patriotic Front because they have realised that it’s the only party that can bring development to the constituency, says Chisamba PF aspiring candidate Daniel Shikwesha.

He said the people of Mupapamo wanted to vote for President Edgar Lungu and his candidates at Parliamentary and council because since 2006, the candidates they elected into offices had failed to bring development in their constituency. Mr Shikwesha said the residents of Chisamba had challenges of poor roads, lack of health centres and that there was no water in the area.

And Chisamba PF chairman Killion Phiri assured Mr Shikwesha that President Lungu had the support of the people.

Mr Phiri, however, said parliamentarians should fulfil the promises they made if they wanted to be voted back into office.

And Mr Shikwesha said he was aware of the challenges the people were facing and that was the reason why president Lungu sent him so that the people would share with him their challenges.

Mr Shikwesha also told the community that he had allocated some funds to 25 women clubs which he intended to give out.

He urged the residents not to vote for the opposition but the ruling party.
