FORMER FAZ president Kalusha Bwalya yesterday launched an 11-0 strategy in Kabwe ahead of the August 11 elections.
Kalusha who accompanied President Lungu on his campaign trail in Kabwe turned the crowd into frenzy when he kicked 11 balls into Bwacha grounds where themeeting took place.
The Zambian soccer icon who played Number 11 has already openly thrown his weight behind President Lungu whom he has pledge to support.
Last Sunday Kalusha endorsed President Edgar Lungu and the Patriotic Front for the August 11 general elections.
Kalusha said he saw no need to change what he called President Lungu’s winning team.
He then appealed to all Zambians to give the winning team led by president Lungu the vote next month.
“In soccer we say ‘you do not change the winning team. President Lungu has shown true leadership qualities, his humility for instance is too humbling and it makes him approachable to many Zambians,”” he said.
