New ZRA chief resigns from Ciltax


NEW Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) Commissioner General Kingsley Chanda has with immediate effect resigned as Ciltax and Nishati Complete Logistics company chairman to concentrate on his new job.

Mr Chanda was until his appointment Chairman of Ciltax, the holding company for
Nishati Complete Logistics.

Ciltax company secretary Maxwell Nkhoma described Mr Chanda as an innovative, hardworking and strategic manager whose leadership will be greatly missed by the company.

Mr Nkhoma wished Mr Chanda success as he takes up his new appointment as Commissioner General of the
Zambia Revenue Authority.

He believed that Mr Chanda’s appointment was in the
national interest and wished him success and all the best.

‘’Please be assured that the new shareholders, directors and management of the company will continue providing  the same professional services and invest in further improvements as planned. There will be absolutely no disruption in service delivery,’’ said Mr Nkhoma.

This follows the appointment of Mr Chanda as commissioner general of ZRA by President Edgar Lungu after the sacking of the former commissioner
general Mr Berlin Msiska.
